Things heat up with Summer in complete swing! My office is getting hot and sometimes HVAC alone is not circulating the air properly. This is the season in the local hardware stores for ceiling fan sales and I score a 52-inch Hunter ceiling fan for inexpensive! I've never mounted a ceiling fan before, so it's going to be the first one and while I'm at it, I alter the stupid wall switch with the Lutron Caseta Wireless Fan Control switch and get HomeKit integration instantly! All-in-all, for my ever-growing smart home, this solution cost me about $110 for a HomeKit ceiling fan solution.
I bought them from here:
Hunter 52-inch Ceiling fan in Antique Brass
Lutron Caseta Dimmer Kit with Smart Bridge
Lutron Caseta Wireless Fan Control
