The lock level is powered by a single CR2 battery, which is rated for up to 1 year of use, based on approximately 10 locks or unlocks per day. The lock communicates to smart devices via Bluetooth 4.0, and for Apple HomeKit users with a HomeKit hub, remote controls are available outside the home.
Completing the list of functions is a unique partnership with the Walmart InHome food delivery service. The service, which is currently available in some cities in the United States, provides delivery staff with access to secure locations in your home using the connected lock.
