This is a feature many of you have been eagerly waiting for, as Apple had actually announced Multi-User Mode for more countries, including Germany, back in iOS 15. Almost three months later, the time has finally come.
After updating your iPhone or iPad and HomePod to the latest software version 15.2, you can enable personal requests in Apple's Home app in the HomePod settings. After that, any user can enable voice recognition in the Home settings and use the personalized responses.
This makes it possible to play the respective mix of favorites, send messages to your contacts, create reminders, add a note or retrieve calendar entries. Siri can even answer the question "Hey Siri, how's my update?" with a summary of weather, news, reminders, calendar items, and more.
