Constant No Answer - No reason to happen, no way to solve it

I have 3 properties, all with various HomeKit cameras, switches, sockets. I face the unanswered error several times a day. The Apple HomeKit is fast becoming the least reliable service I've ever used! And where can I go from here? I tried everything to solve this.
