Disconnected from iCloud to try to fix the transfer, now the home app is not working

Cupertino, January 30, 2021

So the transfer didn't work on both HomePod minis, so I thought I'd disconnect from iCloud and go back. But on my iPhone, the one I disconnected from iCloud. The home app was opened and the spinning load just saying that scenes and accessories are being loaded. He hasn't had this problem before, so could anyone help, please? Thank you all! Edit - Would it be a good idea to restore my iPhone only from last night's backup when the home app was running? Post-edit - iPhone and restored home app are working now, but it says all home hubs haven't responded, ideas?
