Please send feedback to Apple. On iOS 13 beta, when you add a shortcut to a home automation, it can easily happen that you accidentally hit the back button. Since there is no automatic saving feature, this will result in you immediately losing all your work that happened to me twice already in a few days while creating some rather complex things. Very annoying, should there be a "discard?" Window pop up or something similar.
