open / closed circuit sensor

Cupertino, March 8, 2021

I want a HomeKit that can tell me if a simple toggle switch is open or closed. My old 443 MHz alarm sensor has additional inputs to monitor the status of a switch that I incorporate into the door lock. This way I can see if the door is locked or not and not just open / closed. I took the Fibaro door sensor and hoped I could break the solder wires on the switch, but it's too small and weak. It seems like everything on one chip. These Bluetooth locks on the market are not an option. For ugly and weak. Do you have any ideas on how to proceed? I could buy one of all the HomeKit door sensors available there and open it to see if I can connect anything, destroying the warranty and return rights. It is not an option.
