Renting my apartment for three months - how to set up HomeKit and homepod

Cupertino, May 24, 2021

Hi, I will rent my apartment for 3 months and I would like to give the tenant access to HomeKit and homepods. In HomeKit I have an Apple TV, a HomePod, a HomePod mini and Hue lights. I could share my house with them, but what about Apple services (music, TV plus, etc.) related to HomePod and Apple TV? I don't want to share them. First of all, I just want to let them use the homepods (but not with my Apple Music account). What is the best / easiest way to do this?
