How can you keep track of the HomeKit codes for all your devices? Yesterday, some HomePass told me and I got it, but the problem I have is to find out which code goes with which device. I have 7 LIFX bulbs, several smart connectors, an Aquara hub and sensors, MyQ garage opens and a […]
Has a mix of genuine HomeKit units (ecobee, ismart, chamberlian) and home assistant units. Since last night none of the right HomeKit units react.
According to many reports in England, West Ham would be close to his replacement, Marko Arnautovic, since Sebastian Haller would be almost a hammer. Haller Club Eintracht Frankfurt confirmed that the 25 year old player is en route to London for a medical exam and will be a hammer in a short time. His signature […]

I've been waiting for these specific units for HomeKit testing for almost a year now; I have no info right from Legrand since they will not discuss unpublished products, but I have found all the documentation on their website after seeing them listed on Apple's website as coming. https://www.apple.com/ios/home/accessories/#section-switches My guess is that they are […]
I have had this problem for months where I suddenly notice that I do not get warnings for doors or windows that open or close. When this happens, I find that the messages for each of my contact sensors are off. It does not affect any other device type. I have a mix of Koogeek, […]

Purchased this from Chinese website, declared HomeKit compatibility. But it does require that I actually sign up for their service and connect the device to my WiFi (with password). Is it normal for HomeKit accessories to demand internet?
Announced at CES this year, they said their Kasa plug should be updated to Homekit in the first quarter of 2019. June by rolling out, and we haven't heard a word with straight beta testing. Quick reminder not to buy products based on news and announcements for future updates.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? Today my Hue Hub and Lutron Hubs (and all units) show as "no answer". Using the Lutron App or Hue app, they no longer seem to be connected to HomeKit via my iCloud account. The app says to access the hub of a device that uses the same iCloud […]

I have an automation that I created in the Eve app, which is as follows: - trigger: temperature in Ecobee sensor in any of 3 spaces = or> 23.5 C - mode: Ecobee is set to "off" mode (ie neither AC nor heating mode) - set a scene that switches on 3 bathroom exhausters for […]
After a few experiments, I finally found out how to configure a HomeKit automation that turns off / on the AC power when the windows open / close. Posting this here if it turns out useful to anyone in the future. I would also like to know if others have a more elegant way to […]
Note - I am NOT trying to use Dimmer to control a fan, but to control bulbs in a fan housing when there is separate fan / light controller on my wall. & # X200B; I bought an iDevices Dimmer about 14m ago to use in my family room on a light / fan unit […]
Just updated to 12.3 a few days ago. It seems that this is a big improvement over tvOS 12, as it pretty much screwed everything up and is actually faster than solid tvOS 11? Everyone else feels the same?

Newcomer on this site, so sorry if I don't do anything right ......... I have 4 hp hubs (2 ATVs and 2 HomePods). When I enter the app, the "connected" hub seems to change while the others are in "standby" mode. Can anyone explain how this works and if I need to be concerned about […]
Despite the links on Apple's website and all talk about GE HomeKit enabled air conditioning, they do not exist. GE has interrupted the line it started selling less than a year ago, and every other link on Apple's website only sells in other countries. Am I wrong? Went to buy one GE AC only to […]
